Our garage condos are moving fast

Today our team will be at the Motor District from 10am to 2pm… and we’re excited to show you the progress on Building D, as we prepare to turn-over spaces to our new owners. In addition, we’re excited to see the progress new ownes are making on their spaces in Building E… and happy to give you a peek into what they’re doing.

Reserving your space is becoming increasingly important. While we have new buildings in the design phase, the number of available units has fallen to just eight… and will be further reduced in the coming weeks. Now is the time to secure your space at the Motor District.

Visit us at SR-32 & Ditch Road between 10am and 2pm each Saturday to meet the Motor District team and see the progress that has been made on our buildings, hear about our plans for the campus, enjoy a personal tour… or simply wander around the facility.
