Your inspiration fuels our motivation to make to deliver the most compelling, state-of-the-art facility available today. For nearly three years, the Motor District team has been working with leading facilities, like the Auto Motor Plex, automotive experts, recognized architects, proven land developers and real estate management experts to design, develop and deliver an exceptional garage condo ownership experience. We broke ground in January, completed our first building (Building E) in July, and are only weeks from turning over our second building (Building D) to new owners, and are in the design process for three additional buildings of our 12 building, 12 acre, Motor District campus.
