Cars, Condos & Cares: An Evening of Purpose and Passion
On October 2, Motor District will host Cars, Condos & Cares—a special fundraiser in support of Universal Cares, a nonprofit dedicated to helping families in need across Hamilton County. This unique event blends the best of the Motor District lifestyle with an evening of food, music, cars, and community impact.
The evening will begin with remarks and a welcome from Jay Famer, developer of Motor District, who will share the vision behind the campus, the community of garage owners who call it home, and the role Motor District plays in Westfield’s expanding automotive and motorsports landscape. Guests will then enjoy chef-crafted cuisine from Goodness Gracious Catering, paired with beverages designed to complement the night’s relaxed and social atmosphere. Live music will create a festive backdrop as attendees tour private garage condos and admire some of the region’s most remarkable cars.
A centerpiece of the evening will be an interactive discussion with Westfield Mayor Scott Willis, guided by Mike Good, President of PRI. Together, they’ll explore Westfield’s rapid growth, the city’s rise as a motorsports hub, and the importance of nonprofits like Universal Cares in ensuring the benefits of progress reach the entire community.
Cars, Condos & Cares is more than a fundraiser—it’s a chance to mingle with Motor District owners, local business leaders, and civic voices while experiencing an unforgettable celebration of cars, community, and care.
